Startup Tiptop Labs closed a $23 million Series A round led by a16z, with Marc Andreessen joining TipTop's board of directors. Participants include Sam Altman, Naval Ravikant, Gokul Rajaram and others. Tiptop Labs, launched by Bastian Lehmann, founder of Postmates, a food delivery service acquired by Uber, aims to build a financial solution that links fiat currencies to cryptocurrencies.
